Howard Oats is a leading character in the film Head of the Family.
Biography
Howard considers himself an entrepreneur but could more appropriately be called a shake-down artist. He is extoting money from several local business including a hardware store, a Wash-o-rama, and the dinner the Shop and Stop.
He has a wife Lorretta who unknown to him regurarly has sex with diner owner Lance. She stated she only married him for for his motorcycle. The Stackpoole family kidnap him and Myron carries out brutal experiments on his brain. Though surviving them he is made functionally retarded.
When Otis Sets fire to the home he is found wandering the basement dungeon. It is highly unlikely he survived.
He is played by actor Gordon Jennison Noice.
