Elsa Toulon was once the wife of famed puppeteer Andre Toulon. Her appearances contradict themselves on several points.

During a tour of egypt, a mystic offered to teach Andre how to bestow life on his creations. Although he was against the idea, Elsa was able to convince him to do it. At some point she was killed by a Nazi agent and Major Kraus. She was then Leech Woman.
Several decades later her resurrected husband believed Carolyn Bramwell to be her reincarnation because of her identical appearence.

Elsa was a young girl visiting Paris. One night she stopped into a theatre wher Andre Toulon was performing. After the show she caught two men savagely beating an old man. She called for the police, chasing away the offenders.
